What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and your iPhone model, iOS version and Wren version. If you send a screenshot, hide any personal or health information first. You do not need to send your record, medication details or conversations.

Delete your account and data

In Wren, open Settings, find This account and choose Delete everything. Follow the confirmation steps to delete your account and record. If you cannot access the app or need help, email us.

Deleting Wren’s account does not delete data from Apple Health or copies you exported. The privacy policy explains deletion and retention.
